- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add garlic, ginger, and turmeric; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add carrots, celery, salt, and pepper, simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
- You can substitute fresh ginger with ground ginger if desired.
