- 3 cups cooked macaroni pasta
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, milk, sour cream, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust barbecue sauce quantity for desired smoky flavor.
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes or hot sauce.
