Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha to create the sauce.
- Heat chicken and toss with half of the peanut sauce.
- Lay out tortillas and spread remaining sauce over each.
- Distribute chicken, carrots, cucumber, and cilantro evenly on the tortillas.
- Roll up tightly to form wraps, garnish with chopped peanuts, and serve.
Notes
- You can substitute grilled chicken for shredded cooked chicken.
- Add lettuce or lettuce wraps for extra crunch.
- Use gluten-free tortillas if needed.
