- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- Additional powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well. Gradually incorporate flour until dough forms.
- Take a small portion of dough, flatten it, and place a small spoonful of raspberry jam in the center. Wrap the dough around the jam and roll into a smooth ball.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly, then roll the snowballs in powdered sugar while still warm.
