Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add flour, baking powder, and orange food coloring; mix until dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls; flatten slightly and shape into mini pumpkin forms.
- Use black icing to draw jack-o’-lantern faces.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes and cool completely.
- Melt milk chocolate chips and fill the pumpkin cavities with melted chocolate or chocolate chips using a piping bag or spoon.
- Allow chocolate to set before serving.
