- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken until crispy and cooked through, about 7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken, toss to coat evenly, cook for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with steamed rice or stir-fried vegetables for a complete meal.
