- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, pepper, and salt.
- Place the beef roast on a baking sheet or roasting pan and brush generously with the honey glaze.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, brushing occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (medium-rare).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
