- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, cook for 2 minutes to combine.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat with sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to add sliced bell peppers or carrots for extra vegetables.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
