- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add asparagus and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute broccoli or green beans for asparagus.
- Adjust cooking time based on shrimp size.
