- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 Thai red chilies, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced chilies, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in fresh basil leaves until wilted.
