Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
- In a bowl, toss sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place a spoonful of apple filling onto each crust circle.
- Fold the dough over to form a mini pie and seal edges by pressing gently.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a shiny finish.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
