- 1 sheet of pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked pepperoni or vegetables (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 4 equal squares.
- Spread marinara sauce on half of each square, add cheese and optional fillings, then fold over to seal edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place calzones in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
