- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 4 slices tomato
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Form ground beef into 8 mini patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast slider buns lightly in the oven or on a skillet.
- Assemble sliders by placing beef patties on buns, topping with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard. Cover with the top buns and serve immediately.

- You can add bacon or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
