- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 lb beef strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While potatoes roast, cook beef strips in a skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes, set aside.
- Cook bacon slices until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
- Once potatoes are done, top with cooked beef, bacon, and fresh herbs. Serve warm.

- Feel free to add cheese or sour cream for extra richness.
- For a quicker version, use pre-cooked bacon and beef strips.
