- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef cubes until browned on all sides.
- Transfer beef to slow cooker. Add minced garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender and infused with flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
Notes
- You can replace rosemary with thyme for variation.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
