Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- Assemble bowls with sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
