Instructions
- Mix garlic, olive oil, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Marinate chicken chunks for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and extra parmesan if desired.
