- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup chocolate chunks (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate chips together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chunks if using.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra gooeyness, slightly underbake by a few minutes.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
