  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugars, pumpkin puree, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, then drizzle with cream cheese glaze before serving.
