- 4 slices white bread
- Sesame seeds and chopped scallions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cook the egg mixture in a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring gently until fluffy and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over two slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches.
- Cut each sandwich in half diagonally, garnish with sesame seeds and scallions, and serve immediately.
