Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and honey, cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add vegetables and stir fry until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
  6. Pour in cornstarch slurry, cook until sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot over rice or noodles.
