  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until translucent.
