- 1 pound carrots, sliced diagonally
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, add carrots, and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey and cinnamon, stirring until combined.
- Add cooked carrots to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the glaze. Cook for 2-3 minutes until carrots are coated and heated through.
- Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of orange juice to the glaze.
- Adjust sweetness by varying honey amount.
