  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken chunks into the slow cooker.
  2. Add tomato sauce, garlic, ginger, spices, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Stir in heavy cream or coconut cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
