- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Brush with sweet chili sauce during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Spread a tablespoon of sweet chili sauce on each tortilla.
- Layer with lettuce, cucumber, cilantro, and sliced chicken.
- Roll up tortillas tightly to form wraps and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variation.
- Serve with extra sweet chili sauce on the side.
