Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.

- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- You can serve this dish with rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
