Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil, peppers, and onions. Sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Serve hot with warm tortillas, garnished with chopped cilantro.
