- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp fajita seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Tortillas, for serving
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil, peppers, and onions. Sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot with warm tortillas, garnished with chopped cilantro.
Notes
- You can customize the fajitas with your favorite toppings like sour cream, cheese, or avocado.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning.
