- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, rice, vegetables, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
