Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into 24 small squares, about 1-1.5 inches each.
- Place a small piece of Brie on each pastry square, add a dollop of cranberry sauce on top.
- Fold the pastry corners to create a bite-sized pocket, pinching edges to seal.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Drizzle with honey before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
