- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, brush with BBQ sauce, top with shredded cheddar and bacon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra smoky flavor, add a dash of smoked paprika or chipotle powder.
- You can prepare the chicken in advance and bake when ready to serve.
