Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
- Gently fold in crushed churros.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until set and edges are golden.
- Let cool completely, then top with cinnamon sugar, churro pieces, and caramel sauce before serving.
