Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add vanilla and milk, stirring until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet and sprinkle generously with cinnamon streusel topping.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before glazing.

- Chill the dough for 30 minutes for easier handling.
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
