Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan to form crust. Bake 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour half into crust.
  3. Warm caramel sauce and swirl into the batter. Layer remaining batter on top.
  4. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Let cool completely.
  5. Top with melted chocolate and chopped pecans. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
