- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan to form crust. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour half into crust.
- Warm caramel sauce and swirl into the batter. Layer remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Top with melted chocolate and chopped pecans. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

- Ensure cream cheese is softened for smooth batter.
- Chill thoroughly to set properly.
- Can substitute with dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
