- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Top with coconut, walnuts, and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter.
- Toast the coconut and walnuts for added flavor.
