Instructions

- In a large bowl, beat softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Gently press sprinkles onto the tops of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
