Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter and crushed graham crackers, then add flour to form a dough.
- Scoop small spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly.
- Add a small dollop of cream cheese mixture on each cookie and top with remaining dough to seal.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
Notes
- Chill the cream cheese mixture if too soft for easier handling.
