- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine crushed pretzels, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with the pretzel mixture.
- Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Top each chicken with shredded cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the pretzel coating.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes.
