Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then arrange in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spritz with olive oil and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- In a small bowl, toss cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley and accompanied by dips.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, add a coating of panko breadcrumbs before air frying.
- Adjust the buffalo sauce amount to taste for spice level.
