Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of chicken mixture and some cheese in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form taquitos and brush with olive oil.
- Place taquitos in the air fryer basket seam-side down in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with cilantro and salsa on the side.

- You can use leftover cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add chopped jalapeños or diced onions for extra flavor.
