Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

- Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
- Add cooked spaghetti, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan before serving.
