- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add sliced pepperoncini peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine and simmer until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can substitute with sliced jalapenos for more heat.
