Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken slices, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add grated parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
