- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add Italian sausage and cook until browned. Remove excess fat if needed.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in orzo pasta and cook for 2 minutes to toast slightly.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes until orzo is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and cook until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
