Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to yolks; mix until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon the filling back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives before serving.
