Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
