Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add cold cubed butter and cut in with a pastry cutter or fingertips until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla until just combined. Turn out onto a floured surface and gently knead into a dough.
- Roll out dough into a rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick. Spread with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, then roll up tightly from the long side.
- Slice into 1/2-inch thick cookies and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before icing.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make glaze. Drizzle over warm cookies and serve.
