Instructions
- Combine chicken, carrots, peas, celery, cream of chicken soup, milk, thyme, salt, and pepper in the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish and cover with pie crust.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden.
