Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Festive sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter and sugar, then add flour and salt until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  4. In a saucepan, heat cream until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
  5. Spread chocolate mixture over the baked crust. Sprinkle with festive sprinkles.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
