Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and sugars until creamy.
- Add vanilla and salt, then gradually mix in flour and cocoa powder until combined.
- Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Use your thumb to make an indentation in each cookie.
- Fill each indentation with chocolate ganache or melted chocolate.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until firm around the edges.
- Cool on wire racks before serving.
